Working closely with your physician and hospital, A-Mission of Home Health Care, Inc. team of professionals will develop a home care programthat is designed to meet your needs with the least possible disruption to your family.

• Nurses
  Skilled nursing care is provided by a RN or LVN with experience in home care. Our nurses provide direct care, observation, and patient education.
  
• Home Health Aide
  Under the supervision of the RN, home health aides provide assistance with activities of daily living, including: bathing, grooming, and light housekeeping.
  
• Medical Social Worker
  Provide support and counseling to the patient and family to help the patient and family member cope with changing lifestyles and to help you assess other community services, financial and medication assistance.
  
• Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy
  Provide therapy prescribed by your physician.
